Are you actually local?

What does a website cost?
Most clients choose our Growth plan at $399/mo with no upfront build fee — that bundles the build, hosting, edits, and ongoing support on a 12-month plan. If you would rather own the site outright, builds start at $3,500 (14-Day Launch) and scale up through $5,000 / $8,000 / $12,000+ depending on scope.
How does the monthly plan work?
You pick a tier (Launch $249/mo, Growth $399/mo, or Local Growth $649/mo), we build and launch the site, then keep hosting, security, edits, and small improvements rolling every month. Plans are 12-month minimum, then continue month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain at all times — non-negotiable. On the monthly plan, the site files transfer to you on request after the 12-month term. On a one-time build, you own everything from launch.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan early?
Early cancel within the first 12 months means the remaining months become due, OR a flat $1,200 buyout — whichever is lower. After the 12-month term, plans run month-to-month with a 30-day notice.
How fast can you launch?
Our 14-Day Launch is a fixed-scope upfront build that goes live in 14 days. Monthly plan builds typically launch within 30 days — and if we miss that, your first month is free.
Do you use templates like Wix or Squarespace?
No. Every site is custom-coded with modern frameworks (Next.js, React) and hosted on fast, reliable infrastructure. You can move hosting any time.
Can you migrate my existing Wix or Squarespace site?
Yes. Migrations are one of our most common engagements. We rebuild your site on a faster, more flexible stack while preserving SEO and improving performance.
Will I work directly with the developer?
Yes. You work directly with the founder from kickoff through launch and throughout your monthly plan. No account managers, no offshore handoffs, no waiting in a queue.
