the difference: every promise is tracked. If we miss one, the discount is automatic.
What this is
Most businesses juggle a website person, a CRM nobody set up right, a booking tool, and a phone system — and none of it talks to each other. Atlas Client means one senior engineer connects it all, keeps it running, and is on the hook when something breaks.
A named senior engineer connects your systems, watches them daily, and picks up when you call. No account managers, no support tickets, no handoffs.
The AI assistant answers your calls and chats around the clock, at every level. At Automated and up, it also books appointments, qualifies leads, and sends follow-ups — while the customer is still in the conversation.
Response times and reliability are written into your agreement and tracked automatically. If we miss one, you get 10% off that month’s bill — without having to ask.
The three levels
Every level includes the AI assistant and round-the-clock monitoring. Moving up means the assistant is allowed to do more — and we take responsibility for more. 12-month term, 30-day money-back window, never an hourly invoice.
$1,995/mo
$3,500 onboarding
Founding rate available — first 5 clients per level, confirmed on the fit call
Your website, CRM, and booking tool each work — but they don’t work together, and leads slip through the cracks. We connect everything, catch every lead, and watch it all so you don’t have to.
We run up to 3 of your systems · $300/mo each additional
$3,995/mo
$7,500 onboarding
Founding rate available — first 5 clients per level, confirmed on the fit call
The assistant stops just answering and starts doing: booking appointments, qualifying leads, and following up — on its own, while the customer is still in the conversation.
We run up to 6 of your systems · $400/mo each additional
$7,995/mo
$15,000 onboarding
Founding rate available — first 5 clients per level, confirmed on the fit call
We become your technology department: a roadmap, quarterly projects, ads management — the whole job, for less than one full-time hire.
No limit on how many of your systems we run
Founding rates are locked for your full first year and retired once a level’s five spots are gone. Availability is confirmed on the fit call.
The fine print, up front
This is the actual service agreement, not marketing copy. Every line is tracked automatically, and you can check how we're doing against it at any time.

The math
The top level, Owned, runs $95,940 a year — less than one senior technology hire actually costs, before you count recruiting, ramp-up, and the risk of a bad fit.
A senior engineer with a named backup, from week one. If we miss a promise, you get money off — not an awkward performance review.
A technology roadmap, projects committed and delivered every quarter, and straight advice on every buy-or-build decision.
Website, CRM, booking, phones, ads — no limit on how many of your systems we take over. One flat price, one accountable partner.
What's covered
Anything outside your business that we log into, keep working, and watch for you — your CRM, your booking tool, your accounting software. The simple test: if it broke and you'd expect us to notice, it counts.
One-off projects — a new website, a CRM build, custom software — stay fixed-price projects on the published price list. They never get quietly absorbed into your monthly plan.
FAQ
We log into the tools your business already uses — CRM, booking, phones, accounting — keep them connected and working, watch them around the clock, and take responsibility when something breaks. You still own your data, your accounts, and your vendor relationships. We own the job of making it all work.
You get 10% of that month's fee off your next bill for every promise we miss, up to 30% in a single month — applied automatically, without you having to ask. If too many assistant actions fail in a month, you also get a written explanation: what failed, why, and what we changed. And you can check how we're doing against every promise in your dashboard at any time.
No. There is no hourly billing at any level, ever. Your bill only changes if you add another system for us to run or move up a level — never because of an hourly invoice.
The setup work is available as a one-time project with published pricing. The ongoing monthly service — the assistant answering, taking action, and being watched under written promises — comes through the levels and is quoted on a fit call. That way someone is always accountable for it working, instead of you owning another disconnected tool.
Website Care ($199–$599/mo) covers one thing: your website. Atlas Client covers everything your business runs on — CRM, booking, accounting, phones — with the AI assistant working inside it and written promises across all of it. A website care plan is also included at every level.
Any outside platform we log into, keep working, and watch for you. Your CRM counts. Your booking tool counts. Your accounting software counts. Your own website does not (website care covers it), and neither does anything we look at once and never monitor. The simple test: if it broke and you'd expect us to notice, it counts.
12 months to start, then month-to-month. You pay monthly in advance; the first month plus the onboarding fee are due when you sign. There is a 30-day money-back window from the start date. Founding rates are locked for your full first year and limited to five clients per level.
Next step
One short call. We look at what you're running, tell you which level fits and what it costs, and put every promise in writing before you sign anything.
