Common questions
How does the monthly plan work?
You pick a tier (Launch $249/mo, Growth $399/mo, or Local Growth $649/mo), we build and launch the site, then keep hosting, security, edits, and small improvements rolling every month. Plans are 12-month minimum, then continue month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel. There is no upfront build fee on monthly plans.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain and your content at all times. On the monthly plan, the site runs on our hosting while you’re on plan, and you can buy it outright in any month — the buyout is the part of the build you haven’t paid off yet, so it drops every month and reaches zero at month 24. On a one-time build, you own everything from launch and can host it anywhere.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan early?
You can buy the site outright in any month, including during the minimum term. The buyout is the part of the build you haven’t paid off yet — it starts at $3,500 on Launch, $5,000 on Growth, $6,500 on Local Growth, and drops each month until it reaches zero at month 24. If you cancel inside the 12-month minimum without buying out, the remaining months of that term are due. After month 12, plans run month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
Monthly plan or buy outright — which should I pick?
Most clients pick monthly because there is no upfront build fee and the site, hosting, edits, and ongoing support are bundled. Buy outright if you specifically want to own the site from day one and prefer a project-style engagement, or if your scope is large enough that a custom build ($8k+) makes more sense than a tier upgrade.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is custom-built using modern frameworks (Next.js, React). Design and functionality are tailored to your brand and goals.
Can you work with my existing domain?
Yes. We work with existing domains and hosting, or help set up new hosting if needed.
Can you write the copy?
Yes. We write copy as part of the build, or work with your existing content. Focus on clear, converting messaging.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are included in scope. Typically 2–3 rounds for design and content on a one-time build. Monthly plans include ongoing edits each month so revisions are never a hard cap.
Can you integrate scheduling/CRM?
Yes. Common integrations include Calendly, HubSpot, Salesforce, payment processors, and booking systems. We scope integrations as part of the build.
Do you work with Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky businesses?
