Off-the-shelf can't do it?We build the software that can.

Custom web apps, internal tools, and native iOS apps—scoped builds and MVPs, engineered by the founder. You own the code and the IP.

Clear scope. You own the code. Serving Northern Kentucky & Greater Cincinnati.

Web apps, internal tools & native iOS

  • Multi-user apps, portals & dashboards
  • Internal tools that replace fragile spreadsheets
  • Native iOS apps and focused MVPs

When the tool you need doesn’t exist yet

Some problems can’t be solved by another subscription. When the software doesn’t exist—or doesn’t fit—we design and build it: scoped to a real outcome, engineered to last, and owned by you.

  • Off-the-shelf doesn’t fit

You’re bending your process around the software instead of the other way around—or paying for ten tools that still don’t talk to each other.

  • A spreadsheet is your software

A critical workflow lives in a fragile spreadsheet only one person fully understands. It breaks quietly, and it doesn’t scale.

  • Your customers expect an app

You need a real mobile experience, but agencies quote a generic template or won’t touch native development at all.

  • An idea with no path to v1

You have a product idea but no technical team to scope it, build it, and ship something real users can actually try.

Software that earns its place

Founder-executed, scoped to a real outcome, and built to be handed off. You own the code and the IP—no proprietary platform you can’t leave.

Custom web apps & dashboards

Multi-user applications, client portals, and internal dashboards built on a modern, maintainable stack you can grow into.

Internal tools & automations

Replace fragile spreadsheets and manual handoffs with tools your team actually trusts—connected to the systems you already use.

Native iOS apps

Real Swift and SwiftUI apps—offline-capable and App Store-ready—not a website wrapped in an app shell.

MVPs & new products

Scope, design, and ship a focused v1 you can put in front of real users—with a clear path to iterate from there.

Engagement models

Custom software is scoped per project—not a fixed menu. We start small, prove value, and only build what earns its place.

Most teams start with Discovery & Scope.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes—native iOS apps in Swift and SwiftUI, not a wrapped website. We ship offline-capable, App Store-ready apps. Android is evaluated case by case depending on your audience.

What do you build on?

Modern, maintainable, and boring on purpose: TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres for web apps; Swift/SwiftUI for iOS; Python where data or machine learning is involved. You end up with a stack a future engineer can pick up.

Do we own the code?

Yes. You own the source code and the IP. No lock-in, no proprietary platform you cannot leave.

Can you build an MVP for a new product idea?

That is a core focus. We scope a focused v1, build it, and help you get it in front of real users—without the overhead of hiring an engineering team first.

How is this different from a website?

A website presents your business; software runs it. If users log in, data changes, or real workflows happen, that is software. For marketing sites, see Custom Websites instead.

Do you do AI or data work?

Yes. We have built AI features (vision, chat, copilots) and data and forecasting pipelines into production software. We scope it to a real outcome, not a demo.

What does custom software cost?

Custom work is quoted after a short discovery so the price reflects real scope. Many engagements start with a fixed-fee Discovery & Scope, so you can decide with eyes open before committing to a build.

How do we get started?

Book a 15-minute fit call. If it is a fit, we propose either a Discovery & Scope or a build with written scope and fixed pricing before any work begins.

Have something only custom can solve?

Tell us what you’re trying to build or fix. We’ll confirm fit and propose a scoped path to v1 with clear pricing—no obligation.
