Information we collect

• Form and chat data: When you submit the contact form or use the chat widget, we collect name, email, organization, message content, and any details you provide. This is sent to our CRM (HubSpot) so we can respond and manage our relationship.
• Project Blueprint assessments: When you use the Project Blueprint tool, we collect the name and work email you enter at the start (used to deliver your blueprint), your marketing consent choice, the project type you select, your answers to the discovery questions, your problem description, and the generated blueprint. We also record how you arrived at the tool (referrer and campaign tags) and a truncated, one-way hash of your IP address used only to enforce daily usage limits. We do not store the IP address itself.
• Usage data: We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, referrals). These services may set cookies and collect IP address and similar technical data.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising on atlasys.io. You can control cookies via your browser settings. The Atlas Workspace iOS app does not use advertising cookies or App Tracking Transparency.

Atlas Workspace and the iOS app

Atlas Workspace is an invite-only client portal. Access is granted by Atlas as part of an Atlas Client engagement. Payment for that engagement happens outside the iOS app.

• Account data: When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and organization membership so we can authenticate you and show the right workspace. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.
• Workspace content: Messages you send, reports you view, and similar workspace records are stored so we can run your engagement. That content stays with the organization even if you delete your login.
• Push notifications: If you allow notifications, we store an Apple device token so we can send alerts to this device. You can refuse the system prompt; the app still works.
• Atlas Intelligence: Questions you type in Atlas Intelligence are sent to a third-party AI model, routed through Vercel's AI Gateway, to generate a reply. They are used to answer you in that session, not to train ads.
• No tracking in the app: The iOS app does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Marketing-site analytics described elsewhere on this page apply only to atlasys.io in a browser.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, send relevant follow-up, improve our site and services, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Project Blueprint assessments

• AI processing: Your problem description is sent to a third-party AI model, routed through Vercel's AI Gateway, to pre-fill discovery answers and write the narrative sections of your blueprint. It is used only to generate your blueprint; all cost and timeline figures come from our own estimation engine, not the model.
• Abandoned assessments: If you leave before your blueprint is generated, nothing is stored on our servers; your in-progress answers live only in your browser and expire after 7 days. Anonymous assessments created before contact details were collected up front are deleted automatically 30 days after creation.
• Generated blueprints: Every generated blueprint includes the contact details you provided at the start. We keep them to deliver your copy (sent via Resend), add you to our CRM (HubSpot), and follow up if you asked us to. We only send marketing email if you opted in.

Third parties

Data may be processed by: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Facebook Pixel), HubSpot (forms and CRM), Vercel (site hosting and AI Gateway), Resend (transactional email), Clerk (Workspace authentication), Apple (App Store distribution and push delivery), and the provider of our chat widget (Fine-tuner). Each has its own privacy policy. We use them under agreements that limit use to providing and improving our services.

Retention and your rights

We retain contact and form data as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Anonymous Project Blueprint assessments from before contact details were collected up front are deleted automatically after 30 days, as described above. In the Atlas Workspace iOS app, Delete Account (under More) removes your login, Clerk account, and this device's push token. Organization workspace records stay with Atlas so the engagement can continue. You may also request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out tool. Cookie preferences can be managed in your browser.
