Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. Atlas Advisory, LLC (DBA Atlas Systems) ("we," "us") operates atlasys.io. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Form and chat data: When you submit the contact form or use the chat widget, we collect name, email, organization, message content, and any details you provide. This is sent to our CRM (HubSpot) so we can respond and manage our relationship.
  • Project Blueprint assessments: When you use the Project Blueprint tool, we collect the project type you select, your answers to the discovery questions, your problem description, and the generated blueprint. We also record how you arrived at the tool (referrer and campaign tags) and a truncated, one-way hash of your IP address used only to enforce daily usage limits — we do not store the IP address itself. If you claim a blueprint, we additionally collect your name, work email, company, and your marketing consent choice.
  • Usage data: We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, referrals). These services may set cookies and collect IP address and similar technical data.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, send relevant follow-up, improve our site and services, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Project Blueprint assessments

  • AI processing: Your problem description is sent to a third-party AI model, routed through Vercel's AI Gateway, to pre-fill discovery answers and write the narrative sections of your blueprint. It is used only to generate your blueprint; all cost and timeline figures come from our own estimation engine, not the model.
  • Unclaimed assessments: If you never enter your contact details, the assessment stays anonymous and is deleted automatically 30 days after it was created.
  • Claimed blueprints: If you claim a blueprint with your email, we keep it along with your contact details to deliver your copy (sent via Resend), add you to our CRM (HubSpot), and follow up if you asked us to. We only send marketing email if you opted in.

Third parties

Data may be processed by: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta (Facebook Pixel), HubSpot (forms and CRM), Vercel (site hosting and AI Gateway), Resend (transactional email), and the provider of our chat widget (Fine-tuner). Each has its own privacy policy. We use them under agreements that limit use to providing and improving our services.

Retention and your rights

We retain contact and form data as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Unclaimed Project Blueprint assessments are deleted automatically after 30 days, as described above. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out tool. Cookie preferences can be managed in your browser.
