QuickBooks, your website, your CRM, your phones. Whatever you already pay for.

Most owners do not think they have a stack. They have six subscriptions, a website someone built in 2019, and a cell phone that rings at 8pm. That is the stack, and it is where work leaks.

  • The website, the CRM, and the phones do not know each other exist.

A lead lands in three places and dies in the gap between them.

  • After-hours calls go to voicemail.

Follow-up waits until someone is back at a desk.

  • Staff retype data between tools.

Because nothing was built to move it.

  • Five vendors, no one accountable.

The owner becomes the project manager and the integration layer.

You did not hire for this job. You are doing it anyway. The morning is about finding exactly where the friction lives.

A working session, not a talk.

We will not ask you to present to the room. Bring the names of your tools, not your logins.

  1. 8:00–8:20 AM

    The pattern

How work leaks between tools in an established business, with one real example. No product tour.

  2. 8:20–9:00 AM

    Map your stack

You fill in your own Stack Map at the table, in pairs or threes. Nobody is on a stage.

  3. 9:00–9:20 AM

    Two or three walkthroughs

Volunteers only. We walk one map out loud and point at the leaks. Yours stays yours.

  4. 9:20–9:30 AM

What a private next step looks like

One sentence about a 15-minute fit call. No pricing from the front of the room.

Twelve seats only. We keep them for the people the morning was built for.

Registration asks for your role, team size, and the tools you pay for. That is how we keep the room small and useful.

  • Owners and operators of established businesses: the person who signs the software invoices.
  • Teams of roughly 5 to 50 who already pay for a website, a CRM or booking tool, and a phone system.
  • The office manager or GM who actually runs the tools, sent in the owner’s place.
  • Solo shops still choosing their first tools. Come back in a year; the leaks are not there yet.
  • Anyone looking for a Zapier, AI, or software tutorial. This is diagnosis, not a how-to.
  • Vendors, agencies, and consultants scouting the room.

Tell us who's coming and what tools you use.

Your confirmation and the Stack Map worksheet arrive by email within a minute. Bring a list of your tools on the morning; no laptop needed.

Common questions

The short version: free, small, private, and not a tutorial.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. There is no pricing, no product tour, and nobody closes anything at a breakfast. The last ten minutes describe what a private 15-minute fit call is, for anyone who wants one. Most people will not, and that is fine.

Do I need to bring a laptop?

No. Bring a list of the software you already pay for, or just know it off the top of your head. We never ask for logins, in the room or afterward.

What if I cannot name three tools?

Then the leaks we are looking for probably are not in your business yet, and the morning will not be worth your time. Register for the worksheet only and keep it for when you have a website, a CRM, and a phone system that all need to agree.

Can I send my office manager instead?

Yes. Whoever actually runs the tools day to day is often the best person in the seat. Register them under their own name and email so the confirmation reaches the right inbox.

What happens after?

You leave with your own filled-in Stack Map. We do not add you to a drip campaign. If you asked for a fit call, you hear from Atlas directly to schedule it. If you did not, you will not hear from us about this event again.
