Atlas for Restaurants · Managed under a written SLA

Know what tonight will cost you before service starts.

Atlas connects your POS, reservations, payroll, and books, watches them daily, and puts one brief in front of you every Monday: what changed, what it cost, and the one thing to do about it. One flat monthly price. One engineer who knows your restaurant. No new POS. No spreadsheets.

Do one thing

Friday close ran 3 servers against 41 covers. Trim one closer this week and labor lands back under target.

fig. 01: the Monday brief every operator gets, from an example week. Numbers illustrative.

Your numbers already know what to fix. Nobody reads them.

The signals live in silos: sales in the POS, labor in payroll, tonight's book in the reservation system, margins in the books. Atlas reads them together every day and tells you the one thing worth doing, before it costs you.

One engineer, not another app

A named engineer connects your POS, reservations, payroll, and books, watches them daily, and writes your Monday brief. You never log into five tabs to figure out how the week went.

Your menu, finally legible

Every item ranked by how often it sells and the margin it carries: stars, plowhorses, puzzles, and dogs. What to promote, what to reprice, what to cut, from your actual sales.

Tonight, handled before it happens

Reservation pacing and no-show risk surfaced before service. At the Automated level, high-risk parties get confirmed for you while there is still time to fill the table.

Two levels. One flat price.

Every level includes the workspace, the Monday brief, and a named engineer. Founding rates are locked for the life of the engagement and limited to the first 5 restaurants per level. 12-month term, never an hourly invoice.

One login. Every number that matters.

Behind the Monday brief sits a live workspace. Each view carries an honest as-of timestamp, and anything not connected yet says so instead of showing a fake number.

What counts as “one of your systems”

Anything we log into, keep working, and watch for you. No API? No problem: if your POS or reservation system only exports CSVs, you send the export and we handle the rest. Switching systems is never a prerequisite.

Counts as one system

  • KwickPOS, Square, or Toast
  • TableAgent or another reservation platform
  • Xero or QuickBooks
  • Gusto or another payroll provider
  • Google Business Profile
  • A phone or SMS line under Atlas management

Does not count

  • Your own website, because website care already covers it
  • The workspace and morning brief; they come with every level
  • Email
  • Anything we look at once during setup and never watch again

Need a website too? Builds are scoped as onboarding projects with written pricing and never get quietly absorbed into your monthly plan.

Common questions

Do I have to switch my POS?

No. We work with what you run today. If your POS has an API, we connect it. If it only does CSV exports, like KwickPOS or TableAgent, you send us the export and we handle the rest; your numbers still land in your workspace. Switching systems is never a prerequisite.

What actually shows up every week?

A Monday brief written by your engineer, not a dashboard dump: how the week finished, what labor ran, what the menu data says, and the one thing worth doing next. Behind it sits a live workspace with sales, menu engineering, labor, reservations, and books views you can open any time.

What is menu engineering?

Every item on your menu, ranked by how often it sells and how much margin it carries, then sorted into four buckets: stars, plowhorses, puzzles, and dogs. It tells you what to promote, what to reprice, what to fix, and what to cut. Most operators have never seen their menu this way.

What happens if you miss a promise?

Response times and delivery dates are written into your agreement and tracked in your workspace. If we miss one, you get 10% of that month’s fee off your next bill, applied automatically, up to 30% in a single month. You never have to ask.

Is my sales data safe?

Your data lives in your own isolated workspace. Credentials are stored sealed, never shared across clients, and access can be withdrawn any time. We do not sell or share your numbers, and nothing about your restaurant is used to benchmark competitors.

What are the terms?

12 months to start, then month-to-month. You pay monthly in advance; the first month plus the onboarding fee are due when you sign. Founding rates are locked for the life of the engagement and limited to the first five restaurants per level.

See your own menu in the quadrant.

One short call. Bring a sales export if you want; we'll show you the workspace, tell you which level fits, and put every promise in writing before you sign anything.
