Is website care a separate product?
No. Care is included in every Atlas Client level: Growth-level care at Connected and Automated, premium care at Owned. Your site is one of the systems the partnership runs, whether we built it or you brought it to us.
What does care include?
Managed hosting with SSL, automated daily backups, security updates, a monthly security scan, uptime monitoring, dependency updates, and monthly content edits. Everything is tracked on the Atlas platform.
What is included in security updates?
Security updates include keeping your CMS, plugins, and dependencies up to date with the latest security patches. We monitor for vulnerabilities and apply updates promptly.
How often are backups created?
Automated daily backups are included at every level. Backups are stored securely and can be restored quickly if needed.
What kind of content updates are included?
Every level includes monthly content edits: text updates, image changes, and basic page modifications. Bigger changes like new pages or a redesign are scoped as projects and priced in writing on the fit call.
What if my site breaks?
We watch it. If something goes wrong, you hear from us within the notification window written into your agreement: next business day at Connected, same business day at Automated, one business hour at Owned.
You built my site. Do I still need care?
It’s already covered. Every site we build is cared for inside the partnership from launch. There is no separate maintenance contract to buy.
Do you monitor website performance?
Yes. We track Core Web Vitals, watch uptime, and report site health every month by the 5th business day.
