How is this different from Monthly Website Plans?
Care Plans are for sites that already exist — yours or one we built. They cover hosting, security, edits, and monitoring on a month-to-month basis. Monthly Website Plans bundle the build itself plus all of the above on a 12-month plan from $249/mo. If you need a new site, start with Monthly Website Plans.
What is included in Lite Hosting at $99/mo?
Lite Hosting is the minimum-viable plan for a healthy site: managed hosting, SSL, automated daily backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and email support. No content edits or strategy work — just keep the site online and secure.
What is included in security updates?
Security updates include keeping your CMS, plugins, and dependencies up to date with the latest security patches. We monitor for vulnerabilities and apply updates promptly.
How often are backups created?
Automated daily backups are included in all plans. Backups are stored securely and can be restored quickly if needed.
What kind of content updates are included?
Growth and Premium plans include monthly content updates (up to 2 pages for Growth, unlimited for Premium). This includes text updates, image changes, and basic page modifications. Lite Hosting and Starter do not include content edits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Care Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. (Monthly Website Plans, which include the build, have a 12-month minimum.)
What if I need more support than included?
Additional support and updates can be discussed as separate engagements. We can also upgrade your plan if you need more regular support.
Do you monitor website performance?
Yes. Growth and Premium plans include performance monitoring and optimization. We track Core Web Vitals and optimize for speed and user experience.
