Free AI skill · Zapier and Make
Describe the task you're sick of doing. Get the exact automation.
A free AI skill that turns a task you do by hand into a step-by-step build you can finish this afternoon, with every field mapped, duplicates and failures handled, and a test plan.
The build
- Trigger: your form app, something like “New Submission”
- Search HubSpot by email; create the contact only if none is found
- Send the confirmation text, only if a phone number came in
| From the form | To HubSpot | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Name | First / Last Name | Dana Reyes |
| dana@example.com | ||
| What do you need? | Notes | AC not cooling |
Where do-it-yourself stops
Good DIY build. Texting needs care: customers must agree to texts, every text needs a STOP option, and the number usually needs carrier registration (A2P 10DLC).
How it works
One sentence in, a Build Sheet out.
01
Describe the task
Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, then say what you do by hand in a sentence. Not sure? It will help you find the best one to start with.
02
Answer three quick questions
Which tools are involved, how often it happens, and what must never go wrong.
03
Build it from the sheet
Every step, which field goes where, duplicate and failure handling, a test plan, and the monthly task count. Stuck on a screen? Paste what you see and it adjusts.
What people build first
The copy-and-paste work nobody hired you to do.
If someone on your team moves the same information from one app to another every week, it's a candidate. Use it as often as you like; most owners have a dozen of these.
- Copying website form entries into your CRM
- Texting back callers you missed
- Typing finished jobs into invoices
- Following up on quotes nobody answered
- Moving new customers from one spreadsheet to another

FAQ
Common questions
The short version: it's free, it's plain-language, and it tells you when a job is bigger than a Zap.
What does it cost?
Nothing. You get a PDF guide, the prompt, and a skill you can upload to Claude or ChatGPT. There is no trial and no drip campaign. Zapier or Make may need a paid plan for some automations, and the Build Sheet tells you when to check.
Do I need to be technical?
No. It explains each term the first time it uses one and writes every step in plain language. If you can describe the task, you can build it.
What if a step doesn’t match my screen?
Apps change their menus, so the Build Sheet tells you what to look for instead of promising an exact button. Paste what you see or the error message, and it gives you the adjusted step or a workaround.
What should I not paste in?
Passwords, API keys, and customers’ personal details. It doesn’t need them, and it uses made-up records for testing.
What if it’s bigger than a Zap?
Every Build Sheet ends with an honest note on where do-it-yourself stops: a missing integration, custom code, money, or sensitive data. That’s the work Atlas does, scoped in writing with a fixed price before anything is built.
