Upload the spreadsheet your business runs on. Get it back fixed.

A free AI skill that finds every duplicate and blank by row number, gives your sheet a clean structure, writes the exact formulas, and tells you honestly if you've outgrown it.

Sample Rescue Report for a fictional HVAC company's customer list, 31 rows

What's wrong

  • Duplicates: 4 groups, 6 extra rows (rows 3, 10, 15 are one customer)
  • Email blank in 7 rows; phone blank in 2
  • Status spelled 6 ways: “Active,” “active,” “ACTIVE”…

A clean structure

One messy sheet in, a Rescue Report out.

  1. 01

    Answer three questions

Paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Tell it what the sheet is for, who edits it, and whether you use Google Sheets or Excel.

  2. 02

Share a copy of the sheet

Upload the file, or paste the header row and a few dozen rows. Delete sensitive columns first; it doesn’t need them.

  3. 03

    Fix it from the report

Every problem with its row numbers, a clean structure, the exact formulas for your app, and a cleaned copy when your AI can work on files.

The sheet everyone's afraid to sort.

Every business has one: the spreadsheet that started simple and now runs half the operation. Try the sample first, then your own.

  • Customer lists with the same person in three times
  • Job trackers where “Done” is spelled five ways
  • Bid logs with names and phone numbers crammed into one column

Common questions

The short version: it's free, your data stays in your own AI account, and nothing gets deleted.

Is my data safe?

It stays in your own ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini account. Atlas never sees your spreadsheet. Work on a copy, and delete any column with Social Security, card, bank, health, or claim details before you share it.

Will it delete anything?

No. It flags duplicates and blanks for you to review, and it tells you to add cleaned columns next to the old ones until you’ve checked them. Your original file is never changed.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

No. On a free plan, paste the header row and a few dozen rows, and the counts will cover those rows. Uploading the whole file, and getting a cleaned copy back, works best on a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan.

What does it cost?

Nothing. You get a PDF guide, the prompt, a skill you can upload to Claude or ChatGPT, and a sample spreadsheet to try it on. There is no trial and no drip campaign.

What if I’ve outgrown the spreadsheet?

The report tells you honestly, and lays out which columns would move into a CRM or other system. That move is the work Atlas does, scoped in writing with a fixed price before anything is built.
